We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team. We have been rapid growing in the web design industry and would like to find someone who is very experienced with the latest web development technologies. We prefer individuals who have a passion for web development and the internet as this will be much more than just a job, it has to be a lifestyle. We want someone who will eat, sleep and breath PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, front-end and back-end design and especially Western social networks such as FaceBook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

We will also bring several of our developers to work in our Los Angeles office several times a year, so this is a great chance to travel as well.

Please make sure you meet ALL of the following requirements. Anything less will not be considered.

*Must have at least 2 years of experience building English based e-commerce or social network sites

*Must possess at least 5 years of experience developing in a LAMP environment. *Portfolio or showcase of previous projects is required.

*Must be very proficient with Linux administration

*Must be extremely proficient in PHP, frame works such as Zend and/or CakePHP, and development of Web 2.0 websites and applications

*Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in MySQL and have working knowledge of database optimization

*Must be very proficient in Ajax, HTML5, Javascript, CSS, Jquery and other new web technologies

*Must be very proficient at working with various APIs, XML and data normalization

*Must possess excellent English and Chinese communication skills. Band 6 or higher is required for native Chinese speakers. For native English speakers, excellent reading and writing skills is a must.

*Experience with working on high traffic volume, high page load sites will be receive preferential consideration. Experience with Load optimization is a big plus.

*Demonstrable experience with developing iPhone, Android and other mobile applications will receive preferential consideration

*Experience with Social Networking development will receive preferential consideration

*Must be a team player and possess a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

*Experience with managing projects will be a big plus

*Experience working with a remote team will be a big plus

Salary: $12,000-18,000RMB depending on qualification & experience
