Director of Quality
at Optimas Manufacturing Solutions in Ningbo
Requirements:
-Minimum 10-year work experience in quality area with project management experience
-Six Sigma BB with hands on experience (MBB preferred) with proven record on project execution or coaching on Lean/ Six Sigma initiatives, implementation and execution
-Solid skills on such advanced quality tools as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, PCP and VSM.
-Practical experience on quality auditing
- Good at Microsoft office, Visio, Minitab (Crystal Ball a plus)
-Excellent written and oral English and Chinese communication
Responsibilities:
- Managing all quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Ensure that the supplied products are in full compliance with the company's internal standards, the client's specific standards and the applicable laws, norms and regulations.
- Conducting factory audits to meet customer's specification and requirements and other quality assurance works, handle compliance issue on regulations and technical information update.
- Ensuring every product has been suitably tested before shipping.
- Solving any quality problems during and after the production period. This also involves handling quality complaints from customers once goods have been received.
- Responsible for managing a team of quality control staff and quality assurance staff.
- Establish, update and enforce the overall Company's quality and compliance policies, procedures and standards.
- Managing and conducting the QC staff to complete all the check list/QCT/TS according to Client's requirement.
- Monitoring the quality control/assurance performance of the vendor/supplier, including the co-contract vendor/supplier.
-Conducting QC staff and factory to make sure products can pass 3rd party testing according to Client's requirement.
- Provide advisory services to management and staff on all quality assurance and compliance-related issues arising from business operations.
