CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

I. IDENTIFICATION
Job Title: Customer service specialist
Hierarchical Dependence: GM Manager
Functional Dependence: Sales Dept.
Issue Date/ Revision Date: Jul. 1, 2021
II. JOB MISSION
-Provide full administrative assistance to Sales and General manager;
-Full management of the sales and customer-service administration.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES
Not limited to:
-Responsible for the daily follow up of customer needs and communications including inquiries and order processing, export documents and billing;
-Work closely with other relevant functional departments to assure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries;
-Regularly update customers with the progress of their orders;
-Prepare and issue export documents in compliance with rules and regulations in practice;
-Monthly reports to management such as customers' sales reports and credit balance sheets;
-Maintain and well organize customer data regularly;
-Pro-actively solve issues that may arise;
-Collect all necessary information from other departments to assure the process according to customers’ requirements yet within the company's allowances and rules;
-Perform periodic reports on sales statistics, accounts receivables, customers' ordering behavior…etc.
-Work closely with other departments to constantly improve the company's image and customer satisfaction.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
-Experience in an international trading environment is a big plus;
-Proficiency in English and Chinese is mandatory; French is a plus;
-Helpful, respectful, and diplomatic with good communication skills;
-Well-organized, good time management and self-dedicated;
-Meticulous, able to multi-task, and has basic project management skills;
