ABOUT US
We are hiring pre-recorded English class educator. With the help of our advanced digital technology and experienced teaching team, teachers are expected to record course videos in highly interactive way and deliver innovative education product.
ABOUT THE JOB
Ø Efficiently accomplish both training session and preparation work and be able to deliver lessons in professional studios alone
Ø Proofreading works of teaching materials, creative suggestions are expected
Ø Accomplishing other teaching related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor
Ø Actively participated in curriculum development
Ø Proactively involved in marketing campaign
Ø To learn and practice the use of video recording related equipment under trainer’s assistance
Ø Applying positive work ethic and sense of humor to attract students
Ø Competitive monthly package between 27000 to 37000 RMB; Monday to Friday 10am-7pm; Sponsored teaching type work visa
ABOUT CANDIDATE
Ø Bachelor's degree or above
Ø TEFL/TESOL Certificate (120 hours online learning)
Ø Detailed understanding of teaching language and performance.
Ø Excellent communication skills; confidence in presenting story to children aged from
Ø 4-12.
Ø Early childhood teaching experience working with cross functional teams in a matrix
Ø environment.
Ø Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
Ø Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
