YIC 2012 – Internship Program Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
2. Constantly innovating the internship program
3. Develop a international marketing plan to gain more applicants for the internship program
4. Competitors research
5. Public relation management, this include the management of media, newspaper and other propagandas
6. Recruiting International Candidate over phone and Skype
7. Attend business and networking events
8. Customer relation management
9. Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
10. Online promotion, online media management
11. Create and implement marketing campaigns.
12. Lead and deliver marketing promotion activities
13. Conduct industry research, provide relevant articles, online media resources, etc
14. Assist in developing quarterly company media newsletter
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Experienced in team leadership
3. Flexible and innovative
4. Knowledgeable in the process of dealing with International marketing
Starting date: ASAP 2012
Full Time position
Commission based
Package will be applied for 1 year employment
