Essential Responsibilities*Responsibility of directing GE Optimizing Control(OC) customer relationship with accounts in assigned sales territory in China.*Exploring and creating sales opportunities where GE OC (primarily DCS Control Solutions) are successfully expanded and promoted. *Positioning GE OC as the customer’s best solution about the automation and Control of electric power and other processing industry fields. *Developing business partner relationships using a Win/Win approach in managing the sales territory. *Provide leadership in translating Functional goals into programs for a special area.*Promote boundaryless; Six Sigma mindset, as well as, teamwork / alignment between sales & operation.*Engagement with ITO/OTR team to ensure flawless execution of projects.*Responsible for projects with defined scope, personal involvement in closing large projects.*Drive business growth and customer relationship promotion thru Enterprise -Selling solutions,*Closely working with other GE and GE Energy segment being a team to achieve cross-selling, synergy and profitable growth.*Establish targets to attain.
Qualifications/Requirements:*Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation & Control, strong knowledge of the electric power industry, experiences in other processing industry including boiler and turbine control, plant automation, DCS in power plant or/and other industry sectors.*Minimum of 5 years working experience in power or/and other processing industry.*Detailed knowledge and technical sales experience for automation and control, process or system optimization area.*Detailed knowledge of DCS markets and customer relationship. *Demonstrate consistently high levels of performance in all areas of responsibilities in the past.*Degree in Engineering. *Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. *Customer centricity with result-oriented mindset. *Proactive work style with strong drive to achieve results. *Ability to develop approaches to meet required objectives.*Ability to develop relationship at all levels of customer organization.*Ability to develop and execute.*Willing to travel on short notice.*Fluent in Mandarin and English (Spoken & Written
