B2C Product Manager
at car DVD player in Shenzhen
Cars-electronics.com is a Factory-Direct e-Commerce platform owned by KEMDDO Co., Ltd and based in Shenzhen, China. With Quality, Service and Cheap Price in our products, we're dedicated to providing our customers the best car electronics like car dvd players, car monitors, car gps navigation, rear view mirror gps, car alarm system, rear view camera, parking sensors and so on.
Responsibilities:
• Approving or vetoing new products;
• Educating Sourcing staff why their products may not be approved
and how to prepare their proposed products for review better;
• Approving re-sourced products including changes of same
product to a new supplier;
• Setting prices for new products;
• In consultation with Directors, reviewing and re-setting prices for
individual existing products in line with pricing strategy;
• Curating product specials (discount prices);
• Tracking performance of newly launched products; analysis of
“hits and misses” from new products and feeding back into review
approval process;
• Regular revenue-based analysis of all product sales and making
recommendations to Directors;
• Proactive “product line-up” management – i.e. spotting holes
where we are missing a particular specification or price point in a
category, expanding variants on popular products, or eliminating
overly similar internal-competing products;
• “First look” approval of walk-in samples;
• EOL analysis and authorization;
