Delegate Engagement Executive
at LinLead Consultancy (Beijing) Co., Ltd in Beijing
Primary Attribute: Telesales Specialist; Secondary Attribute: Market Search / Analyst
Remuneration Constitution: Basic Pay + Performance Allowance + Commission
Expected Pay Range: RMB 3500-5500

THE Description:
This is an indoor sales position.
A high quality independent meeting containing high quality business intelligence is attributed by market-led meeting topics, efficient meeting management and high quality paying participants (delegates). While topic development is the essence to a birth for an event, delegate engagement is the key to a success of an event.
Engagement team exists to ensure the quantity and quality of pay-based attendance of decision-makers (Senior Executives and C-Level executives) at LinLead’s meetings. Those decision-makers generally are stake-holders of industries of fields LinLead’s meetings try to cover.
Delegate Engagement Executive mainly approaches, invites and engages corporate decision-makers by phone and email, to attend LinLead’s pay-based independent meetings, on behalf of leading organizations who are hunting for business intelligence for their further organizational development and industrial competition.
Basically, beyond being an aggressive corporate salesperson, the Delegate Engagement Executive need maintain a mindset of being a business consultant who can suggest and advise on corporate business operation and intelligence management.
THE Requirement:
· An own insight holder with natural imagination, creativity and rational thinking
· A sociable person with high social awareness
· Courageous, Passionate, Persistent in personal character
· A self-motivated professional and a potential leader.
· A doer, not a talker, hard-working style.
· An advocate of openness, transparency, abundance, sharing
· Curious about how the business world is run and how well it can be run
· Good command of English communication is a MUST
· Direct corporate tele-sales (B2B sales) experience Preferred
· The following major preferred: Event Management, Commerce, Communication, Sociology, Computer, HR, Language etc
· The following veteran preferred: Start-upper, Social Program Volunteer, Head Hunter, Media Sales, Life Planner, Property Consultant, Direct Sales Force Agent etc
