Online Payments Fraud & Loss Prevention Analyst
at Chinavasion Wholesales Ltd in Shenzhen
Chinavasion Wholesale Ltd is seeking a manager who is experienced in the world of online customer support to join the team in our office in Xili, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
We are interested in candidates with 10+ years working experience in customer service /customer support, and with strong skills and knowledge relating to internet communications,such as answering customer enquiries in ticket systems, live chat, VOIP and call centers,ecommerce CRMs, ecommerce complaint and feedback handling etc etc Your most recent job experience must be at a management level with proven personnel management responsibilities.
This job is focused on managing a small specialized local+remote-worker team called the Billing Department, separate from our main Customer Support. Billing for Chinavasion means everything related to collecting payment from customers for orders, and providing an industry-leading level of customer-friendly support, information, and exception handling around online order transactions, invoicing, payments, refunds, credits, and disputes.
Highly important in this job are the abilities to understand and continue developing our antifraud order approval models, and the project/personnel management expertise to implement new payment options in our ecommerce business model.
Experience working with Paypal, online merchant accounts, any form of ecommerce operation, or formal financial risk management of retail credit card payments, would all be advantages.
This is a full time office job with competitive salary for a person of any nationality. Good English is a must; we prefer someone who is Chinese or fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
