The position of Production Leader will be responsible for, but not limited to the following specific duties:

Supervise and direct production operators in meeting production schedules under general supervision and prepare production reports;

Adapt differing knowledge and skills to provide guidance to production staff, encourage teamwork and responsible for operator hiring and performance evaluation;

Ensure safe practices and good housekeeping on the shop floor;

Act as a coordinator between different functions to ensure production output meet targets on quality, productivity, yield and delivery commitment with supervisor's help when needed;

Ensure implementation of work instructions and operating procedures;

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above with major in engineering or other related disciplines;

5+ years related working experience in a manufacturing environment;

Good management and communication skills;

Good English communication skill both in written and oral;

Good PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiar with related process and technology is preferred;

Possess cross-functional work experience is preferred.
