Business Developement Manager

Job Title: Business Developement Manager,China.
Location: Beijing/Tianjin China
Business Unit: Sales & Marketing
Role Overview
This position is a sales development role,primarily to win and maintain B2B business with foreign companies both large and small in the Chinese energy sector,particularly,but not exclusively in the following fields.
Selling the entire range of medical assistance to expatriates and business travellers
Services in the areas of health, wellbeing, medical emergency preparedness and occupational health.Site medical services / plant medical services,
Security / personal safety assistance and advisory services.
This role involves contact and interaction with HR managers,Travel Managers,Corporate Medical and Security mangers,Finance, Legal and Procurement managers,HSE / EHS managers,
General Managers / Country Managers / Project Managers, both foreign and domestic.
Frequent business travel within China is required. (up to 50% of work time).
Core Responsibilities include,Knowledge of Intl.SOS solutions, Account Management and Development, New Business Development,Sales Administration in Compliance with admin work and use of CRM's.
Key requirements:Heart, Passion, Energy.
A successful track record in B2B sales of services (intangible products). Ability to understand and meet sales targets.Strong drive / ability in new sale activities.A Can-Do Attitude and practical orientation.
A self-starter, team Player,with a strong command of both Mandarin and English, both oral and written.
Requirements:
•At least 5 years sales and business development experience, preferably within MNC.
.Graduated,internship and/or work experience abroad is a must.
•Has practical experience of B2B , complex sales solutions.
•Prior experience with a large corporation with international clients in a sales environment.
•Experience selling to Energy and Mining sectors will be preferred.
Bachelor or Master degree preferred.
Must be willing to travel within China,typically 30% of the time but could be up to 50%. Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin, with good reading/writing skills.
Position open to westerners with suitable Mandarin ability or Chinese with suitable English ability.
