Founded in 2007, this leading-edge company manufactures and develops carbon nanotubes for advanced energy, especially Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery, conductive plastics, and structural applications.

Responsibilities:
1. This is a financial management role responsible for ensuring of day to day operation of finance function which includes setting up company financial system, reviewing company financial data and managing financial processes to ensure the accuracy and timely deliverables in accordance with PRC GAAP, managing company’s internal financial operations that involves internal reimbursement, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, payroll, cost control, risk management, etc.
2. Improve and upgrade the company’s whole finance system, policies and controls in order to help the business for its further expansion for IPO targeting.
3. Also, responsible for developing & maintaining close relationship with banks and governments for negotiating finance related issues of the company.

Top 3 Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate should have above 6-7 years solid and diverse working experience in all aspects of finance and accounting function with manufacturing background is preferred.
2. Fully conversant with PRC GAAP. Well-understand and experienced on handling China tax.
3. The candidate should have very good communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Sepcial Requirements:
1. Professional accounting qualification is preferred.
2. The candidate should be a cooperative, supportive, with strong set-up ability.
