Founded in 1996, Biz-Network is a leading private equity/venture capital investment co in Beijing, total assets over two billion RMB; office at Oriental Plaza near Dong-Dan and Wang-Fu-Jing station (Subway line 5 and 1).

We are now looking for Chinese/English speaking individuals to join our dynamic team in assisting in: – Corporate finance – Merger and acquisition, corporate evaluation and restructuring – Dual Diligence and feasibility study – Equity capital market research

Requirements:
Applications are invited from individuals with experience in corporate finance, investment fund, research, investment and equity capital markets in Mainland China or elsewhere who have had experience in an international accounting firm, legal, investment or private equity firm, investment bank or stockbroker active in this business. – In each case, an ability to read and write Chinese and speak Mandarin would be useful but applications from native English speakers are also welcome. – A willingness to travel around Mainland China would be an advantage. – Applications should be submitted by enclosing a CV containing photo and expected remuneration. – Personal data collected will be used for recruitment related purposes only. – Applicants not invited for interview within 3 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful.
