This global famous pharma company has more than 150 years history, discovering and developing drugs of curing diseases such as oncology, neuroscience, metabolism etc. They are growing quite well and quickly in Asia region, especially China. That’s why they need to hire new clinical data management talents to join their team in China.

Your day-to-day responsibility is to surely provide leadership to one or more study data management teams as well as contribute to data management resources planning, timelines, risk management and quality plan. Also, managing delivery of data activities either conducted by yourselves or outsourced to CRO will the critical part.

As a successful applicant, you need to have 5 years clinical data management experience in either pharma company or CRO. Bachelor degree or above is necessary. Experience of working with global clinical trial is ideal. Chinese and English language skills is a must.
