Western MNC with a global presence, seeking for a Group Financial Controller for their Guangzhou office.

Role: Permanent, Regional

Reporting to: Country Managing Director

Our client is looking for a group financial controller to join its rapidly expanding global group.

This role will be working within China team of the group, with the prime responsibility of ensuring that reporting meet the accounting standards and management reporting requirements. You will need to have a strong MNC working experience and knowledge in financial reporting to lead the development of robust and efficient financial reporting process. The candidate must have a proven track record in delivering challenging demands and broad financial control experience in a services organisation.

Requirements:

• CA/ CICPA/ CIMA Qualified as a minimum
• 12+ year’s post qualification commercial experience
• Experience in multi national or global organisatin is a must have
• Should have managed very large teams
• Shared services centre experience is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Big 4 qualified or equivalent
• China experience is a must
