Job description

• Build and manage software team, lead team member to develop automotive electronics and meet OEM’s technical requirement and timing schedule
• Leading team member to comply with general SW design regulation,
• Guidance and check team member’s SW document
• Requirement analysis
• Create, review SW architecture and requirement specification
• SW programming and coding
• Plan and manage SW development tool
• Manage SW error tracking, version and engineering change
• Cross review system specification, HW specification, SW test specification and SW test report
• Create and manage SW design timing
• Leading team member to follow APQP requirement
• Conducting training on for new team member
• Assess team member performance

Candidates
Both Internationals and local Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master, graduated from electronic technology, communication engineering, computer application and automotive electronics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive electronics
• Excellent experience for SW design process
• Experience in body electronics (PEPS, BCM, RKE, IMMO.) and CAN, LIN, K-line experiences are preferred
• Excellent knowledge in application micro processor, such as ST, NEC or PIC
• Excellent knowledge for the embed system, C, C++ coding
• Excellent experience in team management and project management
• Excellent in spoken and written English skill
