Identify & prioritize key players in AEC industry as owners and/or developers ranging from government to commercial background entities and/or associations

Concentrate effort on these key owners/developers to push a” design-in” agenda to educate, convince motivate and enable these key players to specify Autodesk BIM technologies within their future project design /construction/operation requirements and/or guidelines, standards

Cohesively work with various industry sales teams to turn these “design-in” initiatives into pursuable ecosystem(project lifecycle) sales prospects from products to services for Autodesk, and develop Autodesk as trusted advisor for these clients

Explore and establish practical business models proved by compelling success stories and replicate them across broader AEC industry through a variety of channels including seminars, workshops, tradeshows, press releases, partners, etc

The success of this role is measured by the number of owners/developers that create contract language documents (‘designed in’) which require architect/engineers/constructors/general contractors who supply the clients with services to deliver final documentation in Autodesk native file formats.

Requirement:

Has the “depth” and “ breath” of knowledge on China AEC industry , especially with deep understanding of the owner/developer segment, work experience in or with this segment is highly preferred

Has in-depth understanding of Autodesk BIM story and be able to proactively and explicitly articulate Autodesk BIM value/benefit to the owners/developers and the entire project lifecycle ecosystems

High level of sales and business acumen and well developed customer relationship management skills

Well developed business planning skill & plan execution capabilities

Well developed communication and presentation skills

Fluent English skill ,especially in verbal and writing
