Beijing Office Corporate Associate/Mandarin

Description:

The Beijing office of a general practice law firm based in New York is seeking a junior corporate associate, from entry level to second year. The associate must be a native Mandarin speaker with excellent law school grades. A JD preferred but open to an LLM candidate. If the candidate is entry level, they must have prior firm experience either as a summer associate or through working at a PRC local firm. This associate will do primarily M&A and IPO work.
