AsiaPac Inside Sales - Shanghai, China

Shanghai, China based Inside Sales Representative responsible for growing, managing and closing sales in AsiaPac, specifically for equipment from H3C. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly and effeciently broadcast and close to enterprise end users and brokers of H3C equipment in this region. A background in channel sales in a technology hardware related environment is a distinct advantage, and highly desired. Overview of responsibilities and requirements:
- Develop, implement and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Responsible for overall sales performance in the AsiaPac region
- Provide training and guidance to sales teams (as necessary)
- Build the brand awareness of ICT enterprise IT Hardware solutions in target markets
- Build intelligence and work with existing and new partners
- Guide other departments during the deployment process to maintain and develop client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of individaul sales success in an enterprise environment
- Proven interest in selling to enterprise users and handling IT products and solutions
- Responsible, trustworthy personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude
- Proven track record in achieving the sales targets
- Previous experience with selling IT products is a plus
- An estabished network in Singapore, China and/or Hong Kong is preferred
- Other AsiaPac networks may also be helpful.
