Marketing Director

Job description
This position will mainly focus on leading and driving the marketing function, and will take overall responsibility for the following key objectives:
1. Initiate, plan, executive and drive the overall marketing activities across product marketing, trade marketing, visual merchandising, e-commerce and CRM (including monthly window displays merchandising, promotional events, printed materials, sponsorship, joint promotions, new product launches, loyalty program etc.)
2. Initiate and review annual advertising plans
3. Plan and execute key CRM programs to maintain the activities of loyal clients and to recruit new customers.
4. Build on and drive their new e-commerce platform
5. Properly forecast, control and manage PR & Marketing budget.
Candidates
Both Internationals and local Chinese
Qualifications
1. Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing and at least 3 years marketing manager position in a cosmetics company
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
3. Good command of English writing, speaking/listening, with strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Ideal candidate will analytical, proactive, flexible, details oriented, a big picture thinker, and hands-on as required
