Associate Director of Human Resources

Associate Director of Human Resources (Ref: TN/ADHR)
Salary negotiable
Our client is one of the largest financial institutions in the PRC and Hong Kong.
The job:
1. Station in Beijing.
2. Provide strategic advice and efficient services in all aspects of human resources management in support of the development of the organization;
3. Play a key and proactive role in the formulation, administration and implementation of integrated and mutually supportive policies and strategies in human resources and staff development;
4. Assist the Head of HR to lead the Human Resources Division and ensure the provision of efficient and cost-effective services, including the recruitment and retention and promotion of staff, staff salaries and benefits administration and staff performance appraisal;
5. Responsible for the development of human resources management policies and the effective administration of all matters related to human resources management, including :
(a) strategic human resources planning;
(b) review, development and implementation of appropriate salary structures/remuneration packages;
(c) maintaining/enhancing harmonious working relationships and formal/informal communication channels with staff at all levels;
(d) development and management of the human resources information system, with the help of computing technical staff; and
(e) providing executive secretarial support to a number of major committees.
Requirements:
1. Stationed in Beijing;
2. Holder of a good degree in HR discipline or equivalent;
3. Substantial management experience in the full spectrum of human resources at the senior level in sizable organization; preferably from banking sector
4. The ability to plan strategically, handle complex issues and organizational cultural changes tactically in a multi-function environment;
5. Sound knowledge on human resources practices;
