Job description

• Follow up setting procedures, producing ongoing updates across company with the help of technical resources
• Work along with business units in order to keep the website content up to date
• Contribute to the company through participation in BU discussions, branding specific discussions
• Analyze website needs on periodic basis by doing competitor analysis & provide suggestions for improvement
• Liaise with team on a daily basis, sharing work flow updates to ensure deadlines are met and to ensure all work is quality checked before going live
• Website analytic & reporting website performance on weekly basis
• Website activities reporting on weekly basis
• Share knowledge and experience across the web team on weekly basis
• Must be able to produce work that adheres to the VI guidelines, taking ownership for the quality of the work produced
• Must be able to work within specified deadlines and be prepared to work within a team environment
• Build and maintain positive relationships

Candidates
Both Internationals and local Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 8 years’ experience in IT web operation team
• Ability to articulate and present thoughts and ideas
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
• A strong understanding of web concepts
• Using content management tools would also be an advantage but not essential
• An understanding of how a web site works
• Passion for website development and eagerness to collaborate with other people
• Team player – with a “can-do” attitude
• Fluent in written and spoken English
