This global famous pharma company has more than 100 years history, discovering and developing drugs of curing diseases such as oncology, neuroscience, metabolism etc. They are growing quite well and quickly in APAC region, especially Greater China. A senior toxicology talent is needed to join their team in Shanghai and leads all those global toxicology projects.

Your day-to-day responsibility is to manage and lead global toxicology projects in APAC region, in particular those projects in China. Yet, liaising with CRO and follow up with those outsourced projects is critically important. You also need to assure project’s timeline, budget and resource planning, quality control are in the right track. Meanwhile, supervising and coaching your team members is also their key duty.

As a successful applicant, you need to have at least 10 years toxicology experience in either pharma company or CRO. Being familiar and practiced on GLP rules as well as Toxicology on In Vivo and In Vitro stages is prerequisite. Experience on people management is desirable. Great communication in English is necessary.
