Banking IT Service Delivery Manager (VP Level)

Full-time at Confidential in Shanghai

This global bank is considered to be one of the world’s leading wealth management companies and is currently offering a wide range of products within securities, wealth management, corporate and investment banking in Asia Pacific.

With recent new organisation structure in place and plans for business expansion in China, they are now seeking a Service Delivery Manager at a VP level, to work in their Shanghai office. This is a newly created role which requires a person to be a strategic business partner within an IT environment to deliver IT results in meeting current and future business objectives.

For this requirement, we are now looking for someone with 10+ years of experience within the Banking/ Finance IT domain such as corporate and/or investment banking. Solid knowledge and experience in information technology from infrastructure and networking to application development and deployment is required. Experience and knowledge on Treasury systems such as clearing, settlement and payment systems will be required. Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills will be required to communicate effectively with local and regional business partners and managing director levels. Strong project management skill and banking systems & applications knowledge are crucial ITIL certificate will be advantageous.
