Class size: most is 25-35 Private class is 4 persons，salon is 10 persons，eca is 30-50 persons
25-30 hours for teaching per week ，40 hours for working
10000-14000（including basic、housing、transportation） 3000 for flight every half a year Social insurance including health we help teacher to find house，its up to them Teacher should pay the cost what they are in their side，like flight、physical exam.we will pay the cost when they are in tianjin，like z visa、physical exam
