Channel Sales Manager (North Asia)

Full-time at TANDBERG DATA (ASIA) PTE LTD in Beijing

Tandberg Data is a leading global supplier of end-to-end data protection solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. The company’s wide selection of business-grade storage solutions include disk-based solutions, tape drives, autoloaders, libraries, removable disk and tape media, and software for mainstream configurations.

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to manage our existing channel partners and recruit new business partners across North Asia. The successful candidate will have experience in selling Data Storage and Data Protection solutions into the IT reseller channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage existing channel partners and recruit new channel partners
• Lead generation with channel partners
• Actively promote Tandberg Data product into the reseller channel
• Operate as a point of contact for all business related issues
• Identify opportunities for new business
• Provide accurate sales forecast to regional headquarters based in Singapore

REQUIREMENTS
• well experienced with a at least 5~10 year time in IT including some time in storage,Data-Protection or Tape-Library related technology
professional, well structured in China IT Channel development & management
• understand on the strategy how to set up and could rustlessly execution drive the channel Business & Sales
• first hand knowledge about China Market and Nice to have Taiwan and/or Korea market experiences well
• good English read/write/aural
• enthusiastic,welling to share and team-work and chase Sales Targets & MBO under pressure
• real knowledge and main focus of channel selling and channel management in China mainland market
• long term commitment in China Market
