Job description
As the company’s Sales Director, this key role will be:
1. Responsible for hands-on sales within mainland China market and generate revenues through direct selling of the various company products/services, including:
a) Expert Profiles, Business Profiles, Executive Profiles premium subscription
b) Directory of Recruiters
c) Job services
d) E-commerce deals and speical promotions for members
2. Develop new clients and maintain current clients, including:
a) Corporate HR departments
b) Headhunting firms
c) Corporate Marketing departments
d) Users/Members
3. Reach clients and members through both internal and external networkings/socia/marketing events, Salons and calls, etc., and coordinate with marketing department to promote SNS website;
4. Build up and manage sales team including recruitment, system establishment and training.
Candidates
Both Internationals and local Chinese
Qualifications
1. Deeply familiar with SNS industry and their products, know how to sell SNS products, significant experience and contacts in the recruitment industries (online and offline) is preferred;
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales, rich client resources of the consumer Internet market in China;
3. Proven leadership, strategic, and management skills.
4. English language ability is preferred;
5. Minimum Bachelors degree;
6. Entrepreneurial and excited about working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth, dynamic work
