Job description

• Daily management of civil engineering projects, mainly responsible for bays and foundation of equipment
• Cooperate with the designer, supervisor, owner, builder and other partners to carry out joint checking of drawing and follow up of problems
• Arrange the preparation work before the start of engineering and transact relative procedure or permission for civil engineering
• Lead the coordination work among general contractor, supervisor, sub-contractor, main material supplier, etc., as well as the construction site management
• Supervise the builder to carry out construction according to scheduled plan and take corrective actions if necessary
• Instruct the supervisor to carry out supervision work for the construction site, quality, safety and environmental issues
• Organize the subject meeting together with supervisor engineers, builder project manager and technical manager to solve construction site problems according to the real situation of engineering
• Other tasks

Candidates
Both Internationals and local Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering or real estate development and management
• 5 years work experience in construction industry
• Familiar with the national policy, law, regulation of construction engineering, familiar with construction engineering design and skills of engineering management * Familiar with project management methods and management tools
• Have engineer qualification or register civil engineer qualification
• Outstanding organization and coordination ability, project control ability, good customer communication ability
• Can be adapted to work overtime
• Fluent in written and spoken English
