Business Development Manager
at Recycle & Save in Beijing
Recycle & Save aims to deliver a professional and quick response service to our clientele while helping them to save up to 60% on their printing budget, which makes the product easy to sell in these hard economical times. Our satisfied customers vary in range from various western embassies to many 5 star hotels as well as many large multinational corporations; additionally, we have the support of many chambers of commerce.
We are arguably the most successful SME in Beijing with two offices in Beijing and one in Shanghai. Our newest office are located in Sanlitun Soho where your desk will overlook the Village. The current sales team is a multi-cultural array of driven sales staff from all corners of the globe. We are a young company with youthful and serious ambitions. We have a lot of fun while maintaining a sales process that gets results.
Our Business Development Manager requires a few key attributes:
1) You can use a phone to arrange a meeting and set a sale. Cold calling is an essential part of the position.
2) Can manage a systematic sales process
3) Maintain composure and professionalism in front of key decision makers that are older, smarter, and more successful than you.
4) Bi-lingual at a minimum (Chinese, English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, etc.). Obviously we work in China so an intermediate level of Chinese is essential.
