Account Manager
at ITR in Shanghai
Job Details:
• Work in teams to build relationships with key client personnel and solve their IT needs
• Assist in the design and implementation of new client acquisition campaigns
• Coordinate, plan and assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals for clients
• Act as a customer advocate during and following projects, ensuring the ongoing nature of the client relationship
• Support your team, support your department, support other departments and support company: spread knowledge, provide unasked-for help, help to keep promises to clients, minimize costs, maximize return wherever reasonably possible
• Document your work (i.e. creating ongoing regular documentation of the customer relationship using ITR’s internal CRM tools)
Requirements:
• 2+ years sales exp.
• A university degree in sales, business, tech. or construction –OR– 2 yrs similar work exp.
• 1-2years IT or Telecom experience is preferred.
• Bi/multi-lingual: German is better, Italian and French are also suitable. Chinese language would be ideal, English fluent.
• A verifiable track record of overachievement, in sales
• Highly-motivated, results-oriented individual
• Team player
• High degree of PC literacy, esp. for business communications & reporting
• Ability to multi-task & work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
• Solid understanding of technology & passion for learning
• Strong powers of persuasion & presentation
• Confident phone, written & face-to-face communication skill at C-level & below
• Ability to create & present persuasive, winning quotations, proposals & presentations
• Some experience in China is preferable.
