Our client is an industrial park located in Ningbo downtown who is looking for a foreign General Manager to lead the operations.
Job description
- Running the daily operations of the park
- Managing relationships with tenants and attracting new tenants
- Full P&L responsibility
- Reporting directly to the board
Qualifications
- Permanent living and working experience in China
- Able to manage complex relationships with stakeholders
- Technical background preferred
- Northern European nationals preferred
