Job description
- Follow-up on current and potential customers, expanding relationships and looking for new projects
- Accompany the customer development teams from first request to SOP, being contact person for technical questions regarding design, calculation and testing
- Develop and implement strategies and programs to grow sales through new projects, presentation company capabilities, products, support and service
- Organize for the following tasks ( for example ): detailed design studies, product specifications, simulation and calculation, testing
- Project management with the customer specific APQP needs
- Attend the test phase at the customer and organization of requested tests
- Control all activities from SOP to EOP of each project concerning logistics and quality issues
- Improve the customer service
Candidates
Both Internationals and local Chinese
Qualifications
- University degree or above in engineering, mechanical electric or related
- Years of relevant experience within automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive customers standards and requirements
- Rich work experience of successful Big project management experience
- Excellent knowledge of sales process in China and overseas
- Overseas working experience or international projects is preferred
- Technical understanding of automotive parts, vehicle air-conditioning system and engine cooling system is plus.
- High level of computer literacy, using “Windows”, “MS Office” and “MS Project”
- Solid project management skills, especially with automotive OEM PPAP and APQP stages
- Strong oral and written communication skills for reports and customer interaction
- Due to interaction levels and issues handled, strong interpersonal and negotiating skills also related to upper management
- Understanding of international business requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
