Shop manager

Responsibilities :
1. Manage daily operations of premium German bakery & coffee shop.
2. Lead shop team to achieve monthly sales targets and ensure highest product and service quality standards.
3. Run weekly team meetings addressing current issues and implementing company policies and objectives.
4. Participate in daily shop sales & service as a role model for your team.
Analyze product sales and initiate special promotions to further increase sales.
5. Actively communicate with shop customers, representing our company.
6. Train staff in product know-how and Western service standards.
7. Implement strict hygiene policies.
8. Manage daily product ordering process, maximizing sales while minimizing leftovers.
9. Manage materials flow to minimize wastage and theft.
10. Do weekly staff planning and monthly performance reviews of your team.
11. Organize social team-building events to build-up team spirit.
Requirements :
1. 2-3 years F&B experience, e.g. in bakery, coffee shop, hotel or restaurant.
2. Excellent communications skills.
3. Ability to lead Chinese team.
4. Highly organized working-style.
5. Sales-oriented mindset.
6. Reliable and trustworthy personality with professional ethics.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Fluent in English, Chinese and German.
