Account Manager / PR

G2 Studio Creative Workshop is an international collective of creative professionals. Our team boasts talent specializing in video and animation, website design & development, graphic design, photography and event management.
We are looking to hire a full time Account Manager for their Beijing studio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Securing and Maintaining Client Relationships for new and existing clients
- Guiding clients through all steps of their experience with G2 Studio
- Acting as liaison between client and G2 Studio team
- Coordinate internal project/execution requirements
- Writing proposals and budgets
- Pro-active in terms of decision making
- Ability to meet demanding time frames.
- Work closely with all teams of G2 Studio
Skills needed:
- At least 5 years experience in PR/Advertising Agency as an Account Executive or Account Manager
- Experience in the creative industries mandatory
- Strong client liaison skills
- Strong contacts within PR and Advertising fields, as well as with corporations
- Experience managing several client account at the same time
- Budget Management
- Good eye for and understanding of design and art
- Stays on top of trends in design, art and creative industries
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent communication, flexibility and interpersonal skills .
- Well-organized, pay attention to details
- Good presentation, mature, self-confident
- Fluent in English and Chinese
Technical Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
- knowledge in GD, Web and Video/Sound production
This Account Manager has to be a team player, with an outgoing personality and who understands culture diversity.
