As part of an International Assistance Network, Euro-Center has been providing customer care to travelers abroad for the last 40 years. The first Euro-Center was started in Mallorca, established to provide local assistance to holidaymakers from Scandinavia. Today there are 10 Euro-Centers located strategically to provide local services worldwide.
Euro-Center China was established in 2005 providing customer care to expats living in China. The services we provide include local healthcare information, medical referrals, travel advice, logistics planning and act as the liaison between overseas insurance companies and local policyholders.
Job Description:
Working out of our Beijing Office, the Customer Service Coordinator will be an integral part of our service team, providing support to key corporate clients from Northern Europe. He or she will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with the international community, be committed to providing quality service and be able to communicate effectively with both our clients and our suppliers.
Requirements:
- Work experience:
Customer service background, either in the travel, healthcare or insurance industry.At least 2 years of working experience in an international environment - Knowledge and skills:
Customer service experience, service orientation, quality consciousness. Planning, organization, time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written & oral). Attention to details. Ability to work under pressure. Highly developed decision-making skill with a clear team player mentality. - Language and IT skills:
Computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office applications like Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills in English, oral, written and comprehension. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language would be an advantage. - Ability to:
Work systematically and effectively with staff, inter-offices, customers, external agencies and local service providers. Participate in projects as assigned from time-to-time - Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
