Business Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities:
prioritise the designated areas within 31 Mainland provinces for establishing banks, sub-branches, and sales offices by commissioning research and developing prioritisation models
develop the annual roll out plan of new bank outlets and secure management approval for the roll out plan
develop business cases to secure management approval for implementation of approved roll out plan
build relationships with local governments and regulators to attain their endorsement for establishment, and secure relevant subsidies and preferential policies to support business growth
provide general support to the business planning and development function for the Bank
participate in strategic projects as needed
Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in business or related disciplines
six to eight years relevant working experience in banking industry or consulting firms
familiar with banking structure, rules applicable to distribution network development will be a plus
strong research financial and analytical skills
excellent written and spoken ability in both English and Chinese
strong communication and interpersonal skills
comfortable with ambiguities and changes and can work under demanding timelines
