Senior Admissions Officer/ Admissions Officer

Position: Senior Admissions Officer/ Admissions Officer
Location: Beijing
Client introduction:
Our client is a prestigious international school that provides schooling to students from kindergarten to high school. Their students are made up of a number of nationalities. The school is expanding throughout mainland China and is one of the best known international schools in Asia.
Responsibilities:
1. Present the school to prospective students and parents during school tours.
2. Providing advice on entry requirements and programs offered.
3. Answering questions and queries about the school over the phone or by email.
4. Screening applications to ensure all entry requirements are met.
5. Arranging interviews and tests with faculty.
6. Liaising with academic staff regarding applications.
7. Communicating final decisions to families.
8. Liaising with faculty and families to ensure the successful first day of school.
9. Ensure all student enquiry and enrollment data is updated in school system.
10. Produce reports and statistics on student enquiries & enrollment based on management requirements.
11. Supporting various information sessions, open days, orientation events and education fairs with Marketing Department.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and communications skills (including ability to speak fluently in English and Mandarin).
4. Dynamic, self-motivated, self-directed individual
5. Organized with great teamwork and record keeping skills
6. An excellent command of English, both written and spoken. A working knowledge of Mandarin at least is also required.
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, notably Outlook and Word
Salary and benefits:
1. Basic Salary: 20,000CNY/month
2. Holidays: Chinese National Holidays plus 20 annual leave
3. Working visa
4. Free schooling for children from kindergarten to high school
