Job description
The successful candidate will represent and develop InnoCSR services in the area of Corporate Sustainability Rating and Socially Responsible Investment (SRI), as well as working with the research department to evaluate corporate social and environmental performance, to determine the suitability of Chinese companies for investment and to provide top-quality information to ethical and socially minded investors in China. Responsibilities include:

• Support the research team in analysis of company CSR/Sustainability performance in China
• Analyze and produce insights on company social and environmental performance.
• Understand China corporate social responsibility activities and sustainability issues to condense the information in top quality deliverable
• Respond to client inquiries, deliver presentations, and represent InnoCSR at appropriate conferences and at meetings.

Qualifications
Essential

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Able to prepare top quality research reports e.g. industry, company reports
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding and interest in sustainability, CSR and SRI matters.
• Proven competence with IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Native Chinese speaker with fluent English language.

Desirable

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a research, consulting or roles of similar capacity
• Entrepreneurial attitude, able to work independently with limited direction.
• Self-motivated, committed and enthusiastic.
