Event Manager

VOK DAMS CHINA has offices in Beijing and Shanghai.

Currently we have an opening for a motivated individual who will support our international team on ongoing projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a project team to prepare for and implement all aspects of an event
- Plan costs, set timelines, coordinate personnel and execute event specific tasks
- Work with a team to perform in-depth research on venues, locations, concepts and entertainment solutions
- Develop creative event concept proposals for client briefings
Requirements:
- Currently based in Beijing with 3-5 years working experience in the events industry, ideally with automotive clients
- Strong project management experience
- The ability to contribute and appreciate international and local perspectives
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- A creative and resourceful approach, good problem solving skills and a bright and energetic attitude
