HR Officer
at Yew Chung International School of Beijing in Beijing
Job Description
- Implement all HR policies and procedures for expatriate teachers/staff issues,
such as monthly salary checking, banking coordination, new teachers’ orientation coordination and establishment, daily issues handling and etc. - Review internal procedures and propose if necessary.
- Plan expatriate administration work periodically or annually, such as invitation letter and visa application, renewal or changing, new hired teachers welcoming and leaving teachers’ gift and letter, etc. assist to renew official certificates or registration
- HRIS system maintenance and input attendance record and prepare report monthly
- Office assistance to organize business events, activities and training.
- Other assignments required by the school.
Requirement
- Dynamic, self-motivated, self-directed individual
- Organised with great teamwork and record keeping skills
- Excellent communication skills (English and/or Mandarin)
- At least 1 years working experience in HR filed
- Team work spirit
