Role Title: Developer (C++, Agile)
Location: Tianjin
Job Description
A developer with the relevant domain and platform technical experience to facilitate trade lifecycle management, booking and/or pricing functionality initiatives for the Bank.
• Experienced Capital Market developers with previous experience in the end-to-end design, development and subsequent support of multi asset class booking and risk management systems.
• Knowledge and previous experience in end-to-end design, development and subsequent support of systems to manage the trade life cycle would be advantageous.
• Ability to work and liaise directly with the Front Office, Middle Office, Product Control and various risk functions.
• Familiarity and confidence working in an “agile” development environment.
• Self-starter who can drive / facilitate the requirements and development effort with the business.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
To develop the Banks Platform’s trade lifecycle, booking and pricing functionality initiative.
• Interact with the business users and SG/LN development team to gather the requirements or assist the UAT.
• Design resilient, flexible and scalable solutions following the bank standards.
• Coordinate with other teams in Technology.
• Provide second line support to production.
Qualification & Skills
Extensive and relevant domain and technical experience, 3-5 years of experience is preferred.
Technical skills:
- C++, COM. (both windows and linux)
- Remote process call
- Oracle database
- SCRUM and Agile
Functional skills:
- Investment banking
- Structured/Derivatives business
- Trade life cycle events
- Front Office processes (risk management, pricing, structuring, P&L/Risk calculations)
Soft skills:
- Motivated, passionate about technology
- Proactive, self starter, autonomous
- Good team spirit
- Able to work in an environment with ambiguous and changing requirements
