The Client
A top-tier insurance player with strong global presence, headquartered in UK, is looking for an experienced VP Operations to direct the overall performance of their local office by providing functional management and strategic direction in the delivery of professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the COO, you would be required to oversee the various facets of operations including:
- Strategic Planning
- Finance Management
- Human Resource
- Marketing
- Legal and Compliance
- Information Technology
- Back office Services
The Candidate
- Possesses a minimum of ten years of industry experience, with an emphasis on either insurance or broking operations.
- Must have strong management skills for coaching and developing others, as well as a strong leadership ability to direct functional areas and promote corporate citizenship
- Be able to build excellent working relationships with the customer decision makers, stakeholders and influencers and with internal stakeholders
- Planning and strategy skills, excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
