Customer care manager
at Red Capital in Beijing
Red Capital is searching for an individual to fill up the position of customer care manager who will be in charge of our community outreach program in the Beijing’s only eco-tourism lodge Shambhala at the Great Wall. Shambhala at the Great Wall is wilderness lodge located about an hour and a half outside of Beijing in Huairou District. It is also one of our Himalayan Heritage Hotels. We have 10 individual residences (8 double suites and 2 extra large suites) with the Great Wall literally running through the property! The Ranch is an opportunity for our guests to pamper yourself with spa treatments, hiking, complimentary yoga and meditation, all while helping support our culturally sustainable projects in the Himalayan plateau (for more information, please visit www.himalayanconsensus.org ). Throughout the stay, our guests have many chances to experience Tibetan culture first-hand through traditional food, yoga, and entertainment!
You must love outdoors; want to learn Chinese and maybe even Tibetan and enjoy teaching English, preferable with hospitality mentality. The manager of this property must be fluent in English and speak basic Chinese as guests are a mixture of Chinese and Western tourists. Your main responsibility will be to take care and communicate with the gusts, organize and participate in daily activities, which are plenty and serve as a mediator between guests and our Tibetan staff. You will rotate between Beijing and Huairou, spending 3-4 days a week in Shambhala at the Great Wall and 1-2 days in Beijing working in our boutique hotel Red Capital Residence in the city center. For more information on these three properties visit www.redcapitalclub.com.cn or www.shambhalaserai.com.
We provide accommodation, visa support, transportation between two properties, daily meals, competitive salary and of course very useful working experience in multicultural environment.
