Our client, a global PE is looking for a CFO for their China PE investment group.

Job Description:

• Fund raising supporting/leading

• Fully operate the whole finance activities in China including management group company and different funds

• Supporting/leading finance DD in targeted companies

• After investment financial management and coordination

Requirements:

• Local Chinese

• Good relationship with IB, PE/VC

• Solid Pre/After IPO experience

• Top tier universities education background both in China and overseas

• Understand Western and Chinese culture, can behave as a bridge

• Deep understandings of investment environment in China

• Flexibility to travel frequently and work under pressure

• Very good communication skills both in English and Chinese

• We will need references from former employers.
