Description
Autodesk offers their customers a popular learning and networking program called Autodesk University. This program provides customers opportunities to participate in face-to-face and digital events as well as a year round online experience.
This challenging position will focus on engaging customers around the world to visit and regularly participate in Autodesk University’s year-round online learning and networking program and managing the web properties that support it.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage Autodesk University membership development including meeting goals for membership growth and participation
· Develop editorial calendar for Autodesk University website, collect content and implement the scheduled editorial postings
· Support execution of time specific events including developing online event promotion within Autodesk University website
· Organize Autodesk University web content and optimize user experience in engaging with it
· Manage the production of the Autodesk University newsletter, website highlights and other regular communications with Autodesk University audience
· Manage vendors contributing to the Autodesk University web experience
· Actively monitor website traffic and usage analytics, rate of user contributed content and recommend plans for continual improvement
· Collaborate with Autodesk product/Industry Marketing teams to develop new virtual learning and networking events that utilize the Autodesk University web platform
· Ensure brand consistency of all Autodesk University web properties per corporate standards
· Implement appropriate social media technology channels to drive Autodesk University awareness and participation
· Provide direction and support to other administrative users of platform
· Provide regular reporting to the Autodesk University team regarding website operational stats and progress toward goals
· Manage updates to Autodesk University Online Platform
· Plan and Implement online marketing strategy, by leveraging/integrated different online marketing tactics, including SEO/SEM/SNS/third party technical forum, etc.

· Creatively able to motivate people to visit and participate in online activities
· Able to develop creative, fun online activities to keep Autodesk University members returning to website
· Passionate about utilizing Social Media technologies; actively researching and investigating the new social media technologies coming available
· Very experienced in using SNS tool, such as Facebook, Twitter and Youtube and familiar with using other popular platforms
· Able to build strong relationships with customer experts and other contributors of content
· Able to effectively work within the Autodesk University team and collaboratively with representatives from other Autodesk teams within the global company
· Strong writing and communication skills
· Skillful in using tools to collect feedback and prepare reports of the results
· Experienced in using website Content Management Systems
· Proficiency with Website analytics tools
· Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint and working knowledge of databases. Survey Monkey and web conference software like WebEx a plus.
Requirements
Education
· Bachelor’s degree with concentration in marketing, sales, or business administration, or other relevant field of study
Experience
· Proven online marketing and virtual/online program
· Program planning and execution experience
