Overseas University graduate required
To work as a Quality Control expert at our firm in Nanshan, Shenzen
Chinavasion is a leading product sourcing and international trade specialist in the consumer electronics market. We specialize in sourcing products from many of the world’s most dynamic and emerging markets, with a particular focus on China.

We need someone with technical hands on experience preferably in consumer electronics or other related products and a good work history in China with QC experience in warehouse conditions
The successful candidate will be the principal key point for all things to do with the quality control of our products.
You will create and deliver training materials for QC newcomers
You will supervise a QC team and teach others how to test products
You will be consistent with check procedures and detailed check instructions
You will gather data and create reports for other departments

More Stuff To Know:

• Training / evaluation period of 3 months before signing full contract; salary raised to full level after trial period; all details explained in offer to successful candidate.
• We will assist the successful applicant in applying for a China working visa and residence permit.
  Visa support provided during probation period

QC: Salary range is 10,000-30,000 RMB depending on experience. Applicants with more years of China experience preferred. All new staff go through a 3 month probation period at a slightly lower salary. Company supports you in working visa application. Salary is paid in China and you pay normal income tax according to PRC system.

Working Times 9:00am – 6:00pm Mon-Fri

Skills / Qualifications Required: Overseas University graduate required
Over 5 years employment history at least 2 of which must be outside China
Under 15 years employment history
At least 1 job directly relating to QC
At least 1 job in China that involved working on an equal basis with Chinese colleagues
At least 2 years tenure in one or more previous jobs
At least some training or work which was technical and hands on with products
Experience in consumer electronics or computers
Required Language Skills:

• English – Very good

Education level required: Bachelor
Minimum Years of Experience Required: Less than 1 Year

High level of Mandarin required. Mandarin ability will be tested in interviews
Visa support provided during probation period

Unfortunately the company only recruits people who are resident in China at the moment. The company does not conduct Skype interviews but instead requests that each shortlisted candidate be able to attend a face to face interview at their own expense at their offices in Shenzen and if offered a job to begin work there within a week at most.
