Technical Sales Expert

Job Title: Technical Sales Expert (Fixed Broadband or Mobile Broadband),
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for cultivating key solution selling capabilities (focus on key pre-sales activities, including business case consulting, network architecture planning, high level design of the solution, network assessment, network integration, network transformation, and network optimization) in the scope of end-to-end FBB solution or MBB solution (Fixed Broadband or Mobile Broadband connectivity and service solutions, including Broadband Access, Fiber Access, Metro Aggregation, Service Edge, Optical Transport, and Core layers), and promote these capabilities to influence decision-makers of the target service providers and get their recognition for the specific solutions to ensure the success of solution presales.
2. Responsible for guiding pre-sales strategy, building-up and delivering of solution promotion expertise and capabilities in the scope of FBB or MBB solution & marketing to regional offices.
3. Responsible for identification and verification of solution selling opportunities in FBB or MBB fields, and help regional offices enhance their solution selling competitiveness and fulfill their sales targets.
4. Regular interaction with mid-and-high level customers by workshops and meetings, and establish good relationships with technical decision-makers to effectively promote FBB or MBB solutions.
5. Responsible for on-site supports to key projects of regional offices, focusing on technical workshops and solution presentation to technical management and experts of customers.
Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in telecommunication, computer science, electronics or relevant disciplines; At least 10 years of working experience in multinational telecommunications companies and expertise on network solution (FBB/MBB) selling or solution marketing.
2. At least be accomplished in 2 or more products (e.g. DSLAM, FTTx, GPON, Metro Ethernet, DWDM, OTN, Core Router, IPTV, etc.), understand the technology development and FBB/MBB solution trends and growth curve of product and networks, familiar with competitors' solution strategy and SWOT analysis, command knowledge of organization operation, bidding, commercial and business management, etc.
3. Familiar with international market operation model, good understanding and strong abilities of marketplace analysis and strategic thinking.
4. Strong presentation skills to ensure decision-makers of customers full awareness of solutions and capabilities, excellent interpersonal and team building-up skills with a strategic mind and the ability to cross-culture communications.
5. Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
6. Fluent in listening and spoken English; adapt to global business trip.
Work Location: Based in Shenzhen, China; globally travel.
