Job Title: Solution Sale Director of MBB
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team with approximately 30 direct reports and is responsible for development end to end MBB solution to drive sales of Huawei products and solutions.
2. Candidate should be able to analyze customer’s requirement and study industry trend in MBB within in E2E perspective, including service, network, terminal, operation and maintenance. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals.
3. Prepares action plans to generate new sales leads. Each individual need to be committed to providing top quality services to Huawei customers.
In markets which Huawei has a presence, success candidates are to Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to build penetration or market share.
4. Must be executive like and able to connect with senior executive within the telecommunication industry. Candidate is expected to be able to exhibit mature understanding of industry trend and is able to speak specifically of telecommunication technologies.
Understand customer’s strategy, technical and commercial requirements identify business opportunities and presenting recommendations and solutions.
Requirements:
Educational degree: Bachelor or a higher degree
Specialization: Communication, electronics, computer, and related specializations
Work experience: 15+ years or more in the industry of communication
Knowledge:
- Industry trend knowledge: The position holder should be well versed in telecommunication industry trend and be familiar with the technology evolution road map. In MBB area, he should have deeper understanding on mobile technical trend and ecosystem, including 2G/3G/4G etc. Those who have experience on mobile internet service and application are considered stronger candidates with all other factors are equal.
- Telecom network knowledge: He should master the knowledge of telecom equipments and network. Be experts in mobile area with experience on carrier network including bearer, core, terminal and application, etc.
- Solution Architecture design: He should have rich experience in solution architecture design.
Skills:
- Management skills and team building: Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. At least 8 years experience in sales management.
- Market develop capability, project operation capability: He should have broad range of experiences in market development and have managed key projects.
- Solution selling capability: Candidates must Understand customer requirement and customers’ challenges, and formulate solutions that go beyond delivery of boxes to help customers win business success.
- Market planning capability
- English proficiency at the level of working language
Competency and qualification level of managerial type:
Competency requirements: Coordination and organization capability, capability of discovering and capturing market opportunities, capability of training other talents, and management capability.
