Business Development Manager
at Confidential in Beijing
We are looking for an English speaker with native fluency, dynamic, result-oriented and mature individuals to join as Business Development Managers in the Sales and Marketing department of our client's organization.
The position will be based in Beijing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Developing business in the assigned accounts
•Identifying profitable and sustainable business opportunities, develop and execute well-controlled sales plans, close new sales, cross-sell other services to existing clients and retain existing accounts
•Developing new products and marketing activities with cross-functional teams of the organization
•Developing suitable solutions for Clients
•Working closely with the Operations Department to develop high quality and sustainable solutions based on Clients’ needs and objectives to ensure service delivery exceeds client’s expectations.

Requirements:
•More than 4 years of experience in sales (non-IT) preferably in consultancy or solution selling (advertisements agencies, law firm, insurance companies, etc)
•Rich experience in consultative selling in a B2B environment
•Experience in solution selling
•Native English fluency (no Mandarin ability required)
- There is a special opening for German speakers (any nationality) and Japanese speakers (native Japanese, if not MUST HAVE native fluency)
