Role:

· Store Manager

Location:

· Shunyi district, Beijing

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the management of retail store operations including achieving sales goals, motivating the store team to reinforce customer service and ensuring the store consistently executes all operational functions to WHS standards.

· Achieve and or exceed all sales goals established for the store
· Develop a team of qualified Sales Associates who can achieve established goals and objectives through training and development
· Oversee operations including yet not limited to deliveries, inventory management, budgeting and team scheduling
· Establish, model and reinforce outstanding customer service
· Leverage health & wellness knowledge so as to share with customers in verbal and written format
· Foster a positive work and shopping environment that promotes sales
· Collaborate with senior management on marketing and business development initiatives
· Ensure that World Health Store brand is well represented in the community
· Other duties may surface pending upon scenarios and management discussion

Requirements:

· Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities
· Excellent sales abilities in order to achieve sales goals
· Excellent customer service skills
· Familiarity with retail sales, merchandising programs and procedures and the competitive environment
· Healthy mind and body
· Health and wellness enthusiasm demonstrated by knowledge in particular health & wellness area i.e. fitness, nutrition, healthy living & eating, environmental conscious living etc…
· Native/fluent level of English and conversational ability in Chinese (fully bilingual preferred)
· Solid work ethic
· Two + years of work experience in a retail setting or demonstration of successful sales management
